P3D Is the C-3D Network Gone?

Hello,

A friend of mine recently tried to upgrade to C3D's
digital satellite channel, but after three different IRD
units from the company and three qualified techs,
the C3D channel refused to come in. One tech wasn't
even sure C3D was sending on the location they
are were promoting. (GE-3 tran-8) The Phillips
satellite listings guide longer shows C3D anywhere.
My friend has tried talking with C3D, but has met
with dead ends and is about to send the back the
IRD unit while he can still get his money back.
Before this happens, does anyone know what
C3D's current status is, and are they still on GE-3?
Has anyone seen C3D on any local cable systems?
