Do you have any first hand stereo projection experience?  Why
rely on what your friend told you and what you read here?  Try
it and see what you think.  Most dedicated stereo enthusiasts
enjoy stereo projection very well, thank you.

Today the public quickly loses interest when the complexities of
shooting and mounting stereo pictures come up.  They never
really have time to get to projection level to quit stereo.

It is a myth that mounting for projection is more critical than
mounting for a viewer.  I am equally disturbed when I see
mismounted slides in a viewer.  And the viewer does not offer
vertical adjustment for mismounted slides.

I am confident that advancements in digital imaging and
projection will overcome all the problems encountered today. 
Images (from all different sources) will be digitized and
automatically aligned before projection (a software will do
that, not a clumsy user).  You will just give your CD (or
appropriate digital storage medium) to the projectionist and
that will be it...
