Says it's best used with a tripod.  Sounds like a come-on to buy instructions 
on how to build a crude slide bar.  Reminds me of the newspaper ad many years 
ago for a "sure-fire, absolutely guaranteed roach exterminator."  People who 
took the bait received the following instructions: "Get two wooden blocks. 
Place roach on Block A.  Place Block B on Roach.  Press."
