P3D FED BOY any good?

I noticed someone has been selling FED BOY cameras on eBay starting at 
$129.00 
(http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=274861463)  Are 
these any good?  I know it's supposed to be a bit more reliable than the 
plain FED, but I don't know how they stack up against other cameras.

For that matter, does anyone in the U.S. still sell these?  I think Kagan & 
Hewes used to, and perhaps Rocky Mountain Memories also.  If I were going 
to buy one, I'd rather get one through a reputable dealer in the U.S. than 
an unknown in the Ukraine.
