P3D SI TV show AVI

Hello again Dan

I watched the SI swimsuit show on my "ATI All in wonder Pro" TV card and captured 24 frames as an AVI file.  Any idea how I convert them to JPG?  When you play the file, the stills flash on about 3/second.  Then you hit stop and move the slide bar with the cursor and you can see them individually.  Maybe I should be asking the ATI people this question, but thought you might know.

Can't wait to try my Franca beamsplitter on my new Sony 510 digital8 camera.  I would watch it on a 32" TV using a "FreeViewers Assistant" viewer which can handle just about anything.  This is using the S-Video cable so you get 500 lines of horiz resolution.
