Made by Bausch & Lomb. Tests depth perception at distance and
monocular-binocular
visual acuity at near and distance, and vertical-lateral phoria at near and
distance.
Unit contains transilluminated slides, 2 rotatable drums, and test slides. The
optical
system is designed for testing between 20 feet and infinity for distance and
between
13 and 14 inches near.
