P3D Realist Advance

I load the film, place the back on the camera, turn the wheel to "A"
advance. Next I advance the film until the spool stops. From this point,
how many times would you cock and fire the shutter to advance the film
past the area exposed by light during loading? Half the time I am
ruining my first image due to the light streaks. My loading technique
must not be consistent..........do you fire the shutter 3 times, or 4
times etc, to advance to fresh film? Thanks.
