Simple.  Just view the drawing with wide eyes, and then 
fine tune that viewing by looking at the balls with wider 
eyes or less-wide eyes, so that the two balls become the 
usual three images that result from free viewing:  
Alternately, you can make the central ball of the three 
appear to be behind the window or in front of the window, 
depending on your choice of method.

Alternatively, view the original image with crossed eyes, 
and then fine tune the viewing by looking at the included 
pair of balls with more crossed or with slightly less 
crossed eyes.  Again, three balls will appear, with the 
central one being behind or in front of the window.

Great eyeball exercise!
