Concerning the luxury of having both Calcite's and Marco's 
archives available, Marco wrote, in part:

Being rather lazy myself, I find that Marco's archive, offering 
easy "browsing, searching, and referencing" is a fabulous 3D 
list resource, and I for one would be *extremely* sorry if the 
plug were pulled.

FWIW, I think get far more spam from general surfing of the 
Net than I do from membership on any archived lists.
