I was thinking of a comment in a message you posted Sunday:

A "rapid response" approach to this situation might be justified on the
grounds that people might be just on the point of doing business with
this company, and need to know the latest information (though that more
justifies "information" than "analysis"). As a *sales* issue, a good case
could be made for moving it to S3D. Aside from the immediate
issue of sales, the issues such as property rights and how to run a
3D business are longer term, and can wait until we have the anticipated
information, to make a more accurate judgement. That would seem to
indicate that it would be good to put the immediate discussion in S3D,
with eventual transition to P3D as we have enough information.
