Here are two items of interest:

These are aerial hyperstereos published by the Keystone
View company, one of Boston and one of Niagara Falls.
Aerial hyperstereos are not common in older stereo views.
There is one well known of NY (Manhattan) but other than
that not much is seen around.

I am not sure of the age of these but they are rather 
late, i.e. 1920s-1930s or even later.  They are well 
done I think.  (And they are for sale, if interested
email me for the ebay address)
