Several of you asked how to subscribe to the 2 lists that I moderate/own.
(Frankly I don't own the lists, a funny terminology on the internet -
this!)  Please follow the instructions below. The lists are open to anyone.
Notice that you may subscribe either by direct email or through the web. In
both cases you can set options on how to receive messages and other
details. If you do it through the web, you can set this options while you
subscribe, if you go direct email you will be able to edit the options
after you subscribe, but in either case, you may edit parameters on these
two lists.
