1) The paired camera by David Burder does not have any adjustment of one
camera to another on any axis.  To get that flexibility you would have
to use the two single cameras mounted on a bar that is designed to allow
the adjustments. But remember that the DC20's don't have tripod sockets.

2) You would use standard software such as 3D Stereo Image Factory to
put two separate image files together.  In software like this you can
usually save the files in any stereo format for viewing.

One thing to pay attention to: the image size of the DC20 camera is
small.  Make sure that this is acceptable to your final presentation
format.
