Fred, I have seen these... You cannot argue with the price!
I have a book here that lists all stereo cameras with specs.
(The book is by Prof. Werner Weiser, I believe Dalia carries
these for sale).

The camera has fixed shutter speed (1/50) and fixed focus.
Only the aperture is adjustable (f/3.5 to f/16).  Realist
format.

As you can see from the specs, not a top-of-the-line model
but might be OK for a beginner.
