13 Ghosts: The 1960 version of the haunted house flick "13 Ghosts" required
special 3-D glasses for the audience to wear in order to see the spooks, so
will the upcoming remake require the same? Seems so. Producer Joel Silver
recently chatted with HEAT Magazine and revealed a similar arrangement will
happen this time around though "not with 3D glasses, but some kind of filter
or lens that would allow you to see things on screen you couldn't see
without them". The glasses would only be required during select key scenes
in the movie, with a red light coinciding at such times as to when the
glasses should be put on and taken off.
The group developing the technology required for this remake are Manex, the
same guys behind the "bullet-time" effects for "The Matrix". Thanks to
'Charles'.

I would rather have glasses on through the entire film then have to take
them on and off constantly. That's kinda' strange.
