You are probably right, "fair" it is. See the Onelist Photo-3D

This list is for discussion of true stereoscopic pictures. 
The computer produced the picture the discussion of the 
creation is allowed, as long as it results in truth (two 
watched) depth the representation. The general topics of 
discussion include the appliance - photo, stereo view, to 
gather / creation, stereoscopic exhibitions, uses of true 
stereo picture, and so forward. 

I'm sure Creationists will agree :-)
