[photo-3d] The Realist Lives Again !!!

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to give everyone an update. I posted about a month ago about a 
broken right shutter in my Realist, and was given some very good advice by 
the very kind people on this list. After following the advice I was given I 
worked up the courage to take the camera apart and investigat the problem, 
and indeed it was broken, not just a loose screw problem. It was sugessted 
that I contact Ron Zakowski for parts, and that is what I did. He was able 
to send me all the parts that I needed to do the repair myself, kind of a 
little kit ( shutter blades, piviots, screws, etc). With of the help of the 
pictures in Dr T's Realist Maintanence book, the repair went great, and all 
that is needed now it to run a roll of film through and see how I really 
did.

I've been on the list now for about 8 months, and have gotten many tips and 
insights into 3D.

I'm even going to try to make one of the See-3D cameras from a couple of 
Argus C-3's that I have laying around. I got Mike Watters book from Rocky 
Mountain. Don't know when I'll get to it to start, but I'll let you know of 
my progress.
