Note that attachments are not allowed - you can, however, upload
to the "files" area and post a notice that they are available there.

I'm thinking that anyone who subscribed via e-mail only probably isn't
in a good position (likely bandwidth wise) to receive large files.
On the other hand, those who subbed by visiting the onelist site with
a browser should be able to handle file downloads ok.
