No one has mentioned it yet so I will. There is a great little 
self contained led light brand named Photon. The original 
version needed to be squeezed to light up, but the Photon II 
has an on switch. They are definitely small enough to fit in 
the film compartment and bright enough to see a leak. They are 
available in many colors, but the blue or white would be best 
(and brightest). Check out the following website:

They are asking $19.95, but I bought mine at REI (a US outdoor 
supply company) for $9.95. If you have trouble getting one I 
would happy to get one for you and send it.
