[photo-3d] OSPS Review Part 4

My first image " Old Jag" a pristine restored Jaguar car scored 3rd.
Midway through the competition the images lost focus and became very
soft. Reminded me of Andrew Dice Clay before his comeback. :-)
Projectionist Peter Smakula went into his Helen Keller impression and
suddenly became deaf and blind. I suspect all that sugar from those
donuts had something to do with this. Onseers yelled out " focus
please!!" There was humming and sighing like the Ameri-trade commercial
on TV " and Peter Peter Peter....what do you see!?" Everyone had their
fingers rubbing the bridge of their noses to reduce the eyestrain.
Eventually the images looked better. My second image " Classic Tune" was
an old RCA radio with musical notes suspended in air and flowing off the
screen toward the audience. 1st place and peoples choice award!! I asked
Peter to focus the image alittle better as Dennis Petti asked if the
floating note was supposed to be a sharp or a flat. :-) Laughter
followed...
My final image " US Oil Reserves" is an old-time oil pump located in a
field of weeds covered by snow. ( 3rd place) I was fortunate to score so
well with little time dedicated to make these images! Many of the images
were great.
In fairness to Dr. T I thought his old boat should have scored
higher........I really liked this image.
On the way home I listened to Dennis Petti's band tape ( Haywire) and
rock-a-billied along as Karen rock-a-byed all the way home leaving me
with nobody to talk to at all. I enjoyed the tape Dennis!! ( and just
kidding Peter....if you subscribe to P3d that is....:-))      Mark
