Stop your bidding unless it is for $5.00 or less. These are 
quite easy to come by at photo swap meets and yard sales. No 
one wants them as they don't think they still work and they 
are of no collector value.

They do have a PC cord.

The two things you need to consider are the battery and the 
capacitor. There are at least two models of Tilt-O-Mite - one 
takes a 15v and the other a 22v. Both batteries are available 
from Radio Shack or Cress Photography

The capacitor is a different story. The original is a canister 
type (looks like a battery) that is no longer made or 
avialable. Sometimes they still work, but most times they 
don't. What you will have to do is find a suitable modern 
replacement and solder it in. I found a 250 uF works well 
although it could be anywhere from 100 to 500 uF.
