I've generally had good luck by being very careful about the
"feedback" ratings I'll accept (although of course if there is
an item I *really* want and it's being listed by a one or two time
lister, I'll make an exception). My rule of thumb is to do business
with a seller only if they have perhaps 1 or 2 negative feedback
comments out of, say, 50 (since there will always be unusual
circumstances). 

Just my $.02 worth...
