[photo-3d] Re: Toys R Us Fisher Price promotion

Toys R us has a flyer which has a coupon entitling you to a Fisher Price item
valued at $20 or less if you spend $20 or more on any other Fisher price item
or items. So if you buy seven View Master packs you could get the projector
or the Discovery Binocular Viewer, both valued at $15.95, for free. However
there are a few catches. The promotion ends Saturday (but includes
Saturday.) The other problem is that I had a difficult time convincing the
Toys R Us manager that View Master is a Fisher Price Item!! Maybe your TRU
manager will be more knowledgable. Also, the ad reads "spend $20 or more on
Fisher Price items" - plural - but the manager tried to tell me it meant
"item" - singular. You must redeem for one item totalling $20 or less, but
you can total more than one item. The coupon is on the first page of the
flyer which was plentiful in the store I went to, but perhaps you should call
first. For those of you that do not yet have the binocular/viewer or the new
mono projector - this would be a good opportunity to get them and pick up
some of the new blister pack Discovery sets. Same reels as the cannister,
but really nice graphics on the blister pack, which replaced the cannister. I
know it will be a hassle, but it is a good deal. The Discovery 3-Reel packs
ring up as $3.99 as opposed to $2.99. Mistake or not? I don't know. Good
luck.
