David Williams post an excellent answer to Bill Walsh's enquiry. I, too,
feel that most consumer grade print films do not produce flattering skin
tones, but if you really want Velvia-like colour in a print film try some
Agfa Ultra. Ultra is an ISO 50 print film in the Agfa "Triad" family and
just about takes the cake for contrast and saturation.
Another consideration is in the printing, regardless of which film stock has
been used. Both Kodak & Fuji offer high contrast colour print papers
(Kodak's Ultra & Fuji's Type C). Better labs may offer you the choice.
