[photo-3d] Those sleepy Ricohs

No doubt about it, my Ricohs get a lot more sleep than I do. My solution to
this is to figure out aperture and shutter speed, and then turn the cameras
off. I take my time adjusting the composition and focus and then turn the
cameras back on just before shooting - the cameras remember the last shutter
speed that was set and I have 30 seconds to shoot. This might not be an
adequate solution for the candid shooting you're describing. I've also
noticed that taking a shot wakes the cameras up, so if I hear the shutters
firing out of sync (you can clearly hear the difference) I immediately take
another shot. I am going to try to pursue Ray Moxom's solution of wiring
everything together so that pressing one shutter wakes both cameras.
