[photo-3d] Stereo format drawings

Bob -ff you would like, I can send you prints to your mailing address.  The
original ACad drawings are super sharp but lost it when copied & pasted into a
JPG file.

I have recently added the three formats using 127 film as I now have all four
127 stereo cameras.  Upcoming is the ISO Super Duplex format as I also now have
that camera.  Missing is the RBT S1 format which is similar to the RBT "C"
format except having a 4 perf blank between left and right frames, instead of a
6 perf blank.

Also missing are the larger plate formats such as 8 x 16, 9 x 18cm, 5 x 7", 8 x
10",etc.
