The latest issue of Photo Techniques USA has a blurb on Stereo World
(and reference to the NSA) in the news and products section.

Maybe someone should try submitting an article to Photo Techniques USA
on stereo photography.  Given the strong darkroom orientation of the
magazine an article on making stereo cards might be in order.
