[photo-3d] Non - US subs

The last few weeks we are getting large numbers of non-USA subscribe
followed 24 to 48 hours later by unsubscribe requests.

As this generates e-mail for me to deal with, for the time being I'm
not approving any non-USA subs UNLESS the subscriber contacts me
directly to inquire about the purpose of the group.

If anyone has friends who'd like to subscribe (particularly
in Europe or Asia), drop me a line alterting me and I'll be
happy to approve them.
