[photo-3d] Tri-Delta Prism adapter

I just got my hands on a Tri-Delta Prism stereo adapter.  However, I can't 
find any way to attach this to my SLR.  The threads on the adapter seem to 
be about 32mm.  Is there a 52mm-32mm step-down adapter?  In any case, won't 
this thing vignette like crazy if it so much smaller than the lens?

Does anyone know how to use one of these with a recent vintage camera?  Is 
it even possible?
