This may provide some useful info for Peter Davis' query:I have had a Tri-D=
elta beamsplitter since 1973. A "custom ring" was supplied with the origina=
l unit which adapted the unit to the thread diameter of your normal lens. T=
he threads on the beamsplitter itself fit a SERIES V (5) filter holder. If =
you cannot obtain a52mm custom ring, then you will have to find a way to go =
from 52mm to series V. I suggest you call B&H photo in NYC and see if they c=
an help. I have had luck in finding odd-sized filter adaptors there. You m=
ay even have to use more than one adaptor to get to where you want to be. A=
s for vignetting, the custom ring is flat and causes no vignetting at all, b=
ut you may run into problems if anadaptor(s) moves the beamsplitter further =
from the front of the lens.Hope this helps.Dukemy 3-D page: http://www.angel=
