On the topic of Kodak Stereo camera repair, Bill Davis told me about
Don Fraina.  Don repairs *only* Kodak cameras (including the Stereo).

  Don retired after 30 years at the Eastman Kodak Repair Center in Rochester.
  He offers expert repair on all Kodak cameras, including the Kodak Stereo,
  offers a warranty on work performed and is a pleasure to deal with. 

I have used Don to fix a Kodak Stereo camera and I agree that he is 
a pleasure to deal with.  Last year, he spent the Winter in Florida 
but he should be back in the Rochester area by now.
