Thanks, Sheldon.  If you do have a spare 52mm-Series 5 adapter, I'd love to 
discuss it with you.  Otherwise, I'll have to try to build something, 
possibly from other step-down rings.

I realize the alignment punch is a unique item, but this is not an issue 
for me now because I don't even have the slide viewer.  (Anyone got one of 
those to sell?)  I do, however, have the mirror adapter/polarizer and the 
ring so that this unit can be used on a regular slide projector.  I was 
also thinking of shooting prints with this.  Finally, I've been thinking of 
this system as an ideal way to shoot stereo with a digital camera.
