[photo-3d] developing for kodak stereo

hello again: looking for places that will develop and mount stereo pairs 
from a kodak II stereo camera. used kodak premiuim processing in minneapolis 
  minn, but took a really long time. any ideas who might be faster and 
cheaper? thanks for any info. also, am looking to buy a kodak type I stereo 
camera from the 20's. any leads appreciated.
