It is probably not worth the effort to get the lenses recoated.
However if you want to do it anyway, you should probably check with
the local astronomy club to find a company that does coatings that is
used by the local amateur telescope makers.  ATMs tend to want to
aluminize their mirrors, but some of the coating companies will do
other forms of coating.

You might try HL Clausing <URL:http://www.clausing.com/> or Spectrum
Coatings <URL:http://www.spectrum-coatings.com/>.  I haven't used
either of these companies, they just happen to be in my bookmark file.

You will have to disassemble the camera and ship only the lens
elements (without the cells).  They will not do the disassembly for
you.
