I agree with Olivier about the upsetting habit of using secret identities.
I recently got some mail (spams?) from a "seehawk" about a bid I placed on e
Bay, but I didn't mind those messages because I'm not used to chat with
birds (not even  with parrots).
Indeed some serious people don't use their names because they're afraid of
spammers. I'm a member of 20 mailing lists (on this server and others) and I
can tell for sure such servers are really safe.
So please  don't be afraid.
