[photo-3d] Mounting 2x2 pairs

After accumulating a number of Ektagraphic projectors, I've decided to put
polarizers in a couple of them in order to play around with 2x2 pairs
instead of mounting everything in 41x101 mounts.  My question concerns the
stereo window.  None of the mounts that I've tried have a small enough
masked area to set the window to anything other than at infinity.  I mainly
have used Gepe and Bair mounts.  Are there reduced sized mounts available
that people are using,  or does everyone just live with everything closer
than infinity violating the window?
