Since there are a number of places where files and so forth
can be placed on egoups/photo-3d, the list is set up so that
things like pictures and attachments are not permitted to be
sent as regular e-mail. If egoups receives a message containtaing
something along this line, it will remove the non-text part, and
forward along the rest.
