[photo-3d] Exchange Folio ?

How many list members would be interested in participating in a new
exchange folio? It would work something like this......every month you
would mail 1-2 views , and receive 1-2 views from folio members. These
would include cityscapes, architecture, cultural, historic landmarks or
any subject your home city is best known for. I think most folks have
tons of photos from their local area and would enjoy swapping images.
The images would have to meet a minimum standard of acceptance, and the
images received are yours to keep. In time folio members would collect
views of great sights all over the US! The first folio would be limited
to US views only. Details are in the works and I am consulting with Dr.
T to help refine such a program. 
I would like to enourage open discussion on the list to see how many
folks might be interested. Fine details and Q&A can be discussed in
private E-mail. I have three program outlines to discuss with folks who
have administrated folios before.
