I As far asI Know, the current Sigma macro lenses  E X series are the equal
of most any big name brand though the Canon 5 power has no copmpetition as
it magnifies up to 5 times  although I prefer stereo macros of less life
size.  I have not seen the Sigma Macro 180mm but it got an excelant reviue
in England. Don.
