If I understand now, this means that this month I mail a slide 
to member A, next month to member B, then member C, etc. If 
there were 20 or thirty members it would take two to three 
years at one slide per month to "make-the-rounds".

Obviously you would be sending different images to different 
people. One suggestion might be to have everyone in the 
exchange specify a topic or two of what they like and then you 
could send that specific image. Say member A likes cars, 
member B like churches, member C likes dogs, etc. By listing 
several topics you would give the taking photographer a range 
of images to submit in case there aren't any churches or dogs 
in town *{;-) Of course you could always specify a "surprise 
me" category and just take what is sent. There might also be 
photographers with a special talent that you are not aware of 
such as Boris' nude work or my macro work.

I like this idea and would be more than happy to participate.
