I STILL don't get it, and asked the list for clarification last night. Can
someone describe this entire deal - end to end?

With APEC, you make cards 4 times a year, send them in and every participant
gets a copy to keep. That's it, no more. What are the rules for this
exchange? Do people keep what they get? Slides only? Etc, etc, etc...?
