The Civil War in Depth Volume II is not yet available to the public.  I was 
able to obtain my copy about a month ago from Strand Book Store in New York 
City - a book store that deals in pre publication reviewer's copies for half 
price.  Almost all published books reach them months before publication and I 
get many of my 3D books there, but they get anywhere from 1 or 2 copies to 
100.  Usually they get about 5 copies, but they got hundreds of "Hollywood 
3D" years back.  After I got the Civil War in 3D Volume II, another copy 
showed up which was quickly snatched up by another NYC 3D collector.  They 
should be available in book stores by September, 2000.  I check Strand weekly 
and if another shows up I will post in on Sell 3D for what I paid plus 
postage - but this is unlikely as very few were sent for review.
