Well... since you asked... :) I have decided to sell my Sputnik.
It's been sitting around unused...
I got this from John Bercovitz, well known for his technical
expertise in all things photographic. He is telling me that
he's done the following to this camera:
- Installed light baffles
- Blackened labyrinth light seals
- Widened film gates outward to pull stereo window in toward camera
- Checked apertures
- Checked speeds
- Adjusted lenses' foci to match

And I tell ya... those MF slides will bring tears to your
eyes. But you'll need a good viewer. Paul Talbot should
be able to get you one. I got one from him and I love it!
