Great question.  Right now it is set ups so that only contributing
members can see the full set of views which are posted as email
attachments.  For now, we don't have "non-contributing member"
subscriptions as the idea is to participate (regardless of skill level).

The "peer selected 'best of'" views for each series will be placed in
the Files section.

We'll see how things go for awhile and change our schedule and format
accordingly.
