I think that anyone who organizes and runs one of these exchanges should
have the reward/privilege of being able to see all the images. I think
we have to trust Mark to stick to the secret "rotation" schedule and not
hoard the best images for himself. (He wouldn't dare....) I also like
the idea of the administrator at least screening the views, as long as
he or she is mainly looking for a minimum quality standard, and can give
feedback to the participant if there are techinical problems. Presumably
no censorship or favoritism involved.
