At the present time -- we project three different stereo
formats. Twin 35 mm slides via 8 Ektagraphic projectors,
5 perf and 7 perf slides via Brackett Dissolver and View-
Master via the VM Stereomatic 500 projector. We also have
some folks who bring special lenses on their own so we can
do anamorphic projections as well.
We pack all of the above, plus the Brackett auto-synch
stands, the screens, the bulbs, trays, cords, etc. into
our van and haul it to the event. This year, an
added treat will be an 3-D swin in! Don't miss it!
The NSA does not own any MF projection equipment.
All of this involves very complicated set ups. Just ask
anyone who has served as chairman of the stereo theater!
If anyone would care to volunteer their time Wednesday
evening to help with the set up of this equipment I'm
sure the Stereo Theater chairman -- Bob Bloomburg -- and
the convention chairman -- Tom Dory -- would be most
appreciative.
