Ray Hannisian seems to know a fair amount about this, but he hasn't
responded yet...

The VRJoy web-site specifically claims that their glasses are
platform-independent, but last I checked they were still $80.  According to
Ray the Tetratel glasses (significantly cheaper) also work on Macs, though
they don't make any claims to that effect & my correspondence with them was
inconclusive (the guy I was corresponding with stopped responding before I
got a definite answer).

I actually added an interlaced viewing mode to my Mac viewer program a
couple of months ago, I _really_ should post that version on the web site.
Ray said it worked for him, I haven't been able to test it myself.
