When John Baird died in November, he had in his possession a SSA 
medium format folio.  The folio has been missing ever since.  

I am told that John kept a 10x30 foot storage room full of slides and 
apparatus, so tracking it down amongst all the other material has been 
difficult.  And of course, his family has had other things on their 
minds.

I just received a message from David Baird, John's son, who says he 
has found the folio and has sent it along to Raymond Smullyan in Elka 
Park NY.

This will be good news to all the photographers whose slides were in 
limbo, and to those who have yet to see them.
