Thank you so much Jon!!!  As you know, I negotiated
this contract and set up this convention. (As I did
for Mesa this year and Riverside 2002).  I knew you 
would not like the week of 4th so I scheduled Buffalo
just for you:):):)

Actually, I did not think the 4th made much of a 
difference if it did fall during the actual time
of the convention -- but I guess it does.  The
NSA will continue to do it's best to try to avoid
the week of the 4th in future negotiations.
