Jon!!! don't let Mary Ann kid you the date was set so "I" could make it. I 
can't come to Mesa just because the week of the 4th is totally taken for 
vacation. I could not come last year for the same reason. And if Mary Ann set 
it for that week in Buffalo I probably could not make it then. So then she 
would have to search for another chairman. So it was actually best to set it 
for a time I could be there. How's that for trying to convince myself that 
"I'm important."
 
 Actually, I did not think the 4th made much of a 
 difference if it did fall during the actual time
 of the convention -- but I guess it does.  The
 NSA will continue to do it's best to try to avoid
 the week of the 4th in future negotiations.

Boy does it especially if you don't have much seniority..............

So for all you folks sunning yourself's in Mesa, AZ. I will be back here in 
Buffalo working the holiday week and wishing that I was there. But at the 
same time I will be working to make NSA 2001 "Shuffle off to Buffalo" a good 
time for all. Be sure to check your registration packs for the Buffalo 
information flyer, Adams Mark Hotel Info, and your Buffalo Chicken wing 
recipe card. Make them hot and you will fit right in. I'm told that the Hotel 
will be ready to make reservations 11 months in advance so Come August be the 
first kid on your block to make your Room reservation for NSA 2001.
